Confetti Flower Earrings in White  Copper Enamel.  Layers of white enameling glass was sifted onto the copper surface and fired with a torch.  Colorful glass  chunks called frit were pulverized into small pieces of glass then added to the white base and fired again until fused. 
Sterling silver marquise earring wires. Lightweight 24 gauge copper. Treat as glass.
